The Role
They are seeking a motivated Dental Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical operations and ensure exceptional patient experiences. This role acts as a vital link between clinical staff, dentists, and administrative teams, driving efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily clinical schedules for dentists and assistants to optimise patient flow and practice efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain best-practice infection control.
• Train and manage clinical staff, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Lead morning team huddles to align the team for the day.
• Manage clinical supply inventory and ordering.
• Assist with patient communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Core Practice dental software.
• Perform chairside assisting (3–4 days per week) and handle clinical coordinator admin tasks (1–2 days per week).
• Develop policies, procedures, and onboarding documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven clinical team managerial and clinical coordinator experience. (essential)
• Certified Dental Assistant (CIII or CIV essential).
• Surgical dental implant experience (essential).
• Proficiency with Core Practice dental software or similar software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Alignment with a holistic treatment philosophy.
What’s On Offer
• Remuneration: $40+ per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, (38 hour /week).
• Flexibility: Future work-from-home option (1 day per week) once the role is established.
