Job Opening: Marketing Designer (Email, Ads, Social)

Location: In-house (Fremantle) or hybrid

Start: Contract (with pathway to full time)

Rate: $400 per day

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a multi-skilled designer to join our team and take ownership of visual execution across email, ads, landing pages, packaging, and more.

In this role, you’ll be a strong executor, but also a creative partner who helps bring visions to life and create assets that drive performance. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just make things look nice, but who wants to create the most effective and beautiful brand work of their career, inside a fast-moving, smart, and emotionally intelligent team.

You’ll work across:

Emails

Landing pages

Paid ads

Organic social

Packaging + Print

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU…

Have great energy but stay calm under pressure

Love feedback and use it to level up fast

Have razor-sharp attention to detail

Can replicate brand styles by understanding the underlying structure

Move fast in Canva, Figma, and InDesign

Can design for email inside Klaviyo (no coding required)

Have experience designing for performance, not just aesthetics

Portfolio to include examples of:

Emails

Ads

Landing pages

Web design

Packaging (bonus)
