Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Meta & TikTok Ads

Location: Remote Hybrid (Mostly remote, sometimes meet with Founder in Sydney)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Contract to Start, Full-Time Potential)

We’re looking for a weapon Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to scale to come on board initially as a contractor, with the opportunity to ramp up quickly into a full-time role. If you’re a performance marketer who’s obsessed with optimizing, testing & scaling Meta and TikTok ads, lives and breathes data, and knows what creative converts, we’d love to meet you.

**Note: we care MOST about Meta Ads Management - Tik Tok + Google Ads is a plus but not a necessity.

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with Google Ads as a bonus. You should have 3–5+ years experience managing high-budget D2C ad accounts (fashion or beauty brands preferred), and be confident handling everything from ad creation to copywriting, campaign structure, performance reporting, and creative testing.

You’ll work closely with our founder (who currently runs Meta), our creative team, and our eCommerce Equation partner to ensure we’re driving profitable growth through high-performing ad content and strategy.

Responsibilities

Ad Account Management

Build, manage, and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns

Be in the ads accounts DAILY - optimizing ads daily, changing budget, creating new audiences, and scaling aggressively when appropriate

Own campaign and audience strategy across all funnel stages: TOF, MOF, BOF

Write high-performing ad copy and deploy content across daily budgets of $3K–$20K

Create and maintain a strong testing structure (copy, audiences, creatives, landing pages)

Manage the flow of all ad creative from testing through different stages of the funnel

Constantly be adapting to changes in the Meta account and be ready to deploy and test everything

Own budget - budget strategy + daily budget optimizations alongside the founder

Reporting & Analysis

Build a strong reporting cadence across data + creative

Analyze performance and report on ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTRs, frequency, conversion rate, and more

Identify top-performing content and relay insights to the creative team - including hook testing, body content, click through rate, with insights on what is working & what isn't

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

Brief the content team on what’s working (hooks, angles, formats)

Collaborate on new content shoots and founder-led ad ideas

Work cross-functionally with our UGC program and content strategist

Attend weekly calls with our performance agency (Ecommerce Equation) to align on growth initiatives

About You

3–5+ years experience running Meta ad accounts for D2C brands, ideally in fashion/beauty

Strong copywriter — you can craft compelling, brand-aligned ad copy quickly

Confident working with 5-6 figure monthly budgets and managing full-funnel strategy

Excellent at interpreting performance data and making decisions based on results

Must have experience with Klaviyo & shopify integrations

Experience with GA4

Comfortable briefing and working alongside creative teams

A team player who enjoys fast-paced, founder-led environments

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads & Retention Marketing

Contract Details

Start as a part-time contractor (hours to be defined based on experience and availability)
