Hire Society is seeking a part time Marketing and Content Creator to join our team. This role is an exciting part-time opportunity for a creative and driven marketing professional join our expert team of event industry professionals. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about design, event, styling and all things digital.

The role is responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and initiatives, with a focus on driving brand awareness and sales growth.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and updating marketing collateral across print and digital channels

Develop engaging captions, ad copy, web content and social media content that aligns with our brand.

Ensure we are ahead of the game by monitoring trending social media and marketing activity, and innovative marketing strategies.

Execute all social media posts and emails in alignment with current sales and marketing framework.

Curating content, writing copy & creating artwork for all social media channels (Insta, FB, TikTok and LinkedIn), and print media.

Identify effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.

Supporting the development and rollout of marketing campaigns and product launches.

Present ideas and final deliverables to the General Manger and Business Owners and communicate with the Sales Team about marketing programs.

Track and analyse industry related social media and marketing activity.

Booking and coordinating product shoots.

Being involved in the development of new product manufacture and develop a market strategy for new products in conjunction with the sales team.

Collaborate with caterers, stylists and venues for optimal exposure of Hire Society products in supplied media.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or similar.

Similar previous role in a hospitality related organisation.

Creative individual who loves to develop and share ideas

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in using marketing and social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest. WordPress, Adobe suite and Canva)

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content

A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Flexibility in assisting with special events and associated marketing events.

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing and content creation role.

Proven experience in video editing and production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.

Working knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimising content for search engines.

This is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week, based at our Shenton Park Showroom. With the possibility of some work conducted remotely.
