Our business is scaling – and now we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and take the brand to the next level.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a skilled all-rounder ready to take ownership of marketing across:

Social media & content planning (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta)

Website management (WordPress or similar CMS)

Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign execution

SEO basics & keyword planning

Email marketing & CRM updates

Supporting lead generation & nurturing processes

Occasional graphic design, supplier engagement, and event coordination

You’ll work closely with the Director and leadership team to shape the message and expand visibility to drive qualified leads.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a marketing management or digital marketing role
Strong content creation, copywriting, and campaign management skills
Confidence with data, reporting, and making insight-led decisions
Experience in the construction, design, or property industry (preferred)
Self-starter mindset – you're organised, proactive, and accountable

Bonus Points

Canva, video editing, or graphic design experience

Familiarity with Buildertrend, Xero, or Mailchimp

Previous success in managing end-to-end campaigns that generated real leads
