Position: Content Creator/Marketing Assistant
Location: Malaga
Employment Type: Casual 16-18 hours/week to start, with potential for more hours and permanency dependent on performance.

We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, detail-orientated and results-driven Content Creator/Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our creative marketing efforts.

Marketing activities:
Create engaging content including posts/reels and LinkedIn articles. Plan, schedule, and maintain content across Loop’s digital platforms to align with our strategic direction:
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Website blog, newsletter, articles
YouTube
Design and develop Loop’s print and digital marketing materials:
Brochures, flyers, banners, posters
Promotional content
Document templates, presentations, letterheads
Images & infographics
Research social media trends and new marketing strategies to expand Loop’s presence and client reach.
Work with the Marketing Manager to analyse and evaluate platform performance.
Assist in planning events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Attend events for professional development, networking, and to capture content.
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential client and community partners.
Connect with client and community partner marketing teams for cross promotion and collaborative campaigns, assisting in coordination of events, ensuring brand is represented well
Gather and analyse client feedback to improve products and services.
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Team Collaboration:
Work with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content aligned with Loop’s marketing strategy.
Collaborate with other team members on various projects.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in content creation and social media profile maintenance, one year or more.
Demonstrated initiative to seek out new opportunities to enhance the presence of the organisation through corporate & community partnerships.
Exceptional Digital & Computer skills (i.e. Social media, Microsoft Office365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, CANVA, video creation tools).
High level creative writing skills.
Strong written communication skills, ability to apply these skills to client interactions.
Ability to prioritise and problem solve to achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrated flexible, energetic and self-motivated approach to planning & implementing work schedule to meet goals & timelines.
Organised, able to work autonomously actively contributing towards the organisation's strategic objectives & margins.
Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to develop positive outcomes and create meaningful social impact.
Current (or ability to gain): Requirements to adhere to Loop Foundation policies & procedures
Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance (validity within last 6mths)
Desirable:
Experience writing media statements, feature articles and key messages.
Experience with website maintenance.
Experience running social media ad campaigns.
Experience in B2B or non-profit sector marketing
