The business is an extremely established and highly respected company that is leading from the front through exceptional customer service, products and experience within their team.

You'll be responsible for growing a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities, with support from a strong internal operations and customer service team. Your day-to-day will involve:

Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers

Identifying new project opportunities and delivering tailored hire solutions

Preparing proposals, quotes, and tenders

Representing the business at industry events and client meetings

Working closely with operations to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

The client is looking for someone who can become an integral member of their broader team but also have the drive to take over their own territory and drive revenue and growth and become the industries go to BDM for all their clients Hire needs.

Key qualities include:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within hire, construction, logistics or industrial sectors

Strong territory management skills with a self-driven, proactive approach

Confidence in presenting and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers

A strong commercial mindset and solution-focused thinking

Current driver's licence and the ability to travel across the Sydney metro region

Base salary $100k - $130k

Super at 11.5%
