We are now seeking a New Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a key position focused on building their market presence across New South Wales and Queensland. About the Role

As the New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans across NSW and QLD
  • Identifying and pursuing new business within the spirits, wine, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors
  • Managing key client relationships and understanding their packaging needs
  • Collaborating with internal design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver custom solutions
  • Staying on top of industry trends and providing market insights to management
  • Delivering presentations and proposals that communicate the value of our proprietary packaging
  • Negotiating and securing new business contracts
  • Reporting on pipeline activity, feedback, and market movements to leadership

To Be Successful, You Will Possess the Following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging or similar industry; glass or labels experience highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven track record in business development or B2B sales
  • Passion for relationship-building and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly across NSW and QLD
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and processes, especially glass and custom decoration, is a strong advantage
