We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our continued growth in the EWP hire space.

Your Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding our market share across key regions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients

Prepare and present hire proposals, tenders, and quotations

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery

About You
✅ Proven sales/business development experience in the hire/rental, construction, or industrial equipment sector
✅ Solid understanding of EWP or access equipment
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
✅ Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
✅ Current driver’s license essential
