We are seeking an experienced External Business Development Manager to join this high-performing team and play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding market reach across Sydney and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver value for both the company and its clients.

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experiences.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Attend industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key decision-makers.

About You

Proven experience in external business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Highly motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

What’s On Offer

Base Salary of $95k - $110k

Super at 11.5%
