About the role

Join the team at Whelan Kartaway as a full-time Customer Service Officer based in our Brunswick East office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

Responding to customer queries in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Processing customer orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately and timely

Maintaining customer records and databases to ensure data integrity

Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the broader sales and operations teams

Collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a client-facing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office suite
