About the role

This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in sales support, customer service, and internal administration. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting both customers and internal teams with inquiries, orders, and administrative tasks.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and ensuring excellent service in assisting the customers of the business, by managing the administration as an efficient (as cost controlled as possible) and effective (highly reliable and performing in terms of customer service) organization, in close co-operation with various departments of the organization.

Key Attributes

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and administration.

• Trading goods importation experience highly regarded

• SAP experience essential

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Strong excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Analytical, hands-on, initiative taking, result driven.

• Team player with willingness to learn and help
