About the role

Do you enjoy using your people skills and customer service skills to build relationships and drive sales? We have an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our team in Keysborough. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and play a key part in helping us deliver high quality service to our customers who are seeking landscaping materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Provide high level customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary

• Utilise Pronto (training provided) to manage customer accounts

• Prepare detailed costing estimates

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Own your portfolio and key accounts

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all relevant information is available to enable accurate estimates and drive sales

• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

• Experience using MS Office is essential and familiarity using an ERP and/or CRM would be an advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills
