Every order you shepherd keeps an early-learning centre running smoothly and keeps kids curious. You’ll blend gold-standard service with light-touch sales to grow our share of wallet, without any high-pressure sales.

What you’ll tackle (day-to-day)

Own the order life-cycle – quote, enter, track and close orders in our e-commerce + ERP systems.

Hit rapid-response KPIs – same-day callbacks, high data accuracy.

Grow revenue – call warm leads, follow up abandoned carts, suggest upgrades / bundles and log every action in Zoho CRM.

Keep promises – chase freight partners, coordinate with warehouse, and sort back-orders before they become a problem.

Delight after the sale – returns, credits, satisfaction checks, NPS follow-ups.

What gets you the gig

3-5 yrs in e-commerce, inside sales, or order-processing role where you juggled phones + CRM + spreadsheets.

Comfortable making 10-15 proactive calls a day to existing or warm prospects (no cold lists).

Data-accurate: you sweat the details so delivery errors stay at 0 %.

Tech savvy – you’ve driven a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and can pivot-table in Excel.

Bonus: background in early-learning products or as an educator.
