Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of prestige construction equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to join their growing team.
What will this position see you responsible for?
This role will see you working within our clients rental department, responsible for:
- Managing the hiring process of our clients equipment, to ensure rental machines are ready, and maintain rental availability and stock audits.
- Review and approve transport and subcontractor invoices while optimizing transport strategies for cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate workshop priorities with supervisors and collaborate with sales reps to meet equipment needs.
- Assisting with expanding the rental equipment client base through office inquiries and proactive client engagement.

What do you need to succeed in this role?
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within the rental and construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
- Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.
