About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Client Manager to join our Sales team, where you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — guiding them through our proven investment process. You’ll convert qualified leads into long-term relationships, build trust through education, and help clients confidently purchase high-performing property assets.

You’ll be supported with:

· Warm inbound leads daily.

· Streamlined CRM systems.

· Training, scripting, and onboarding support.

· Property acquisition and post-sale client care teams.

This is a position with full-time hours, flexible hybrid work arrangements, and a generous commission structure — with anticipated income of $150,000 to +$300,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with our inbound leads via phone and Teams to assess needs and qualify fit.

Educate clients on the benefits of investing and our unique property approach.

Present investment proposals and guide clients through the buying process.

Maintain CRM records, task lists, and reporting (GoHighLevel).

Collaborate with the strategy, acquisitions, finance & tenancy teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, particularly high-ticket items.

Excellent communicator with strong consultative selling skills.

Hunger with the drive to hit KPI's.

Confident communicator and relationship builder.

Self-driven and highly organised, with a genuine passion for property.

2–3 years’ experience in the property industry.

REIWA Sales Registration (Highly Favourable).

PIPA Qualified Property Investment Advisor (Highly Favourable).
