The ideal candidate- Past history; what you need to bring to the table – Sales and Previous client management ability or past experience managing client portfolios or third-party relationships (the key to this requirement is that you can keep and further develop long-term relationships, as the clients you inherit have been making regular monthly purchases from us for 30-40 -50 years)
Good negotiation skills AND a technical and strategic mind, and that you apply yourself to the position with a long-term focus, we will teach you the rest.

You need to be Technically Mind but not necessarily a technician or engineer of any sort.

Conditions – You need to be healthy and well groomed, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, hard hat and work boots at some locations and you need to be willing to work for us for a minimum of 10 years.

In the job, you will look at a clients business and work out how you best apply a solution, meaning you need to understand what they are trying to achieve, If they can’t explain it, you need to extract the information so that we produce the right solution, even if they don’t know how to articulate their needs clearly, you need to understand their requirements (needs not wants)
