High-End Commercial Projects | National D&C Specialist | Hybrid BD & PM Role

Join a leading national design and construction specialist. With a strong pipeline and collaborative culture, they’re looking for a confident and relationship-driven Client Relations Manager to help grow their presence.

About the Role

This hybrid role blends Business Development and Project Management. You’ll be the face of the business, responsible for driving client engagement across architects, designers, tenant reps, and project managers, while coordinating early project planning through to pre-construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations

Build and manage relationships across design, property, and commercial networks

Identify and convert new business opportunities into D&C engagements

Present the company’s methodology and value proposition to key stakeholders

Support bid submissions and contribute to client-facing marketing materials

Track and report sales pipeline activity via CRM

Project Management (Pre-Construction)

Lead project planning, including site measures, program development, and pricing coordination

Liaise with clients to define project scope and expectations

Source and coordinate subcontractor quotes and early-stage planning deliverables

About You

3+ years sales/business development experience

Project Management experience within construction, fit-out, or design

Proven ability to manage pre-construction planning and client engagement

Well-presented, articulate, and confident, engaging with senior stakeholders

Familiarity with D&C project methodology and commercial build processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solid organisational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project

Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Project Management, Business, or Engineering preferred
