ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client is a global manufacturer of premium building and interior solutions, widely used in commercial, healthcare, aged care, education, retail and residential projects. Known for their innovative, sustainable product range and strong presence in the market, they support specifiers and installers through every step of the project.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a remote, field-based role for someone based in NSW, combining account management and specification sales. You’ll manage existing client relationships while growing the territory by influencing key decision-makers across the construction space.
Your week will be a mix of on-the-road meetings, presentations, site visits, and working from home to manage quotes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing and developing a portfolio of loyal existing clients
Driving specification sales through architects and designers
Building relationships with Tier 1 & 2 builders and contractors
Quoting, providing technical support and tracking project pipelines
Promoting a trusted brand with proven market performance
ABOUT YOU
We’re open to candidates from flooring, finishes, fit-out, construction materials, or commercial interiors. Most important is your ability to build trusted relationships and drive new project wins.
You’ll bring:
Experience in project/specification-based sales
Contacts across architects, builders and contractors in NSW
Confidence presenting products and influencing decisions
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Flooring or similar industry background is advantageous
SARALY AND BENIFITS
BASE $90,000 - $110,000 | Super 11.5% | Car Allowance | Commissions
