Summary:
Manage the internal sales order and office administration process and team to ensure a high level of customer service and communication is maintained at all times.
The Role:
- Review existing sales processes and monitor performance and quality
- Establish and maintain office procedures and policies
- Identify and push for continuous improvements within the Inside Sales process
- Define and align on a yearly account plan in coordination with Area Sales Managers, Service Centre Managers and Inside Sales
- Actively promote Cavotec portfolio
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Business Administration recommended but not required
- Inside Sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales order process
- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems (Microsoft Navision)
- Well versed in Salesforce CRM tool
