Join a leading name in workwear and safety apparel as a Key Account Sales Executive (Internal/External), where you’ll be the driving force behind account management and sales growth for some of the company's most important clients in WA and NT.
This role is largely office-based with some client visits to key clients. It's ideal for a strong communicator with a passion for sales, solutions, and customer
service. On a daily basis, you’ll be managing important relationships with key decision-makers, recommending tailored product solutions, and playing a vital role in building long-term customer sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with major/key accounts
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with purchasing managers, safety officers, and other key stakeholders
- Handle inbound order inquiries and offer product recommendations
- Identify and upsell new product opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless customer outcomes
- Recommend and organize solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and account activity in CRM
- Analyse customer sales data, trends across a huge product range of more than 50,000 SKUs and determine opportunities for sales growth
- As required, meet key clients and stakeholders face-to-face to strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and stimulate sales growth
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in writing
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and upselling
- Comfort with and experience using various office technologies and software
- Industry experience in apparel, safety, industrial, or wholesale (preferred but not essential)
