Skills & Attributes
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role
• QLD RSA, RMLV & approved managers license essential
• Service and sales focused – with great food & beverage knowledge
• Fantastic time management with ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
• Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary
• A genuine interest in exceeding the expectations of our customers
• Experience with stock control, ordering & processing invoices is desired
• Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
• Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
• Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard
• Flexibility when it comes to working hours and rosters
