About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and energetic Hotel Manager to lead all operational aspects of the venue. You'll be responsible for managing the front-of-house, bar, bistro, accommodation, gaming, and team development. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same - from rostering and stock control to guest service and community engagement, you'll be across it all. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on role and be passionate about people and pub culture.

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a similar Hotel Manager or Venue Manager role (essential)

Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming operations

Proven leadership in high-volume environments

Excellent communication and staff management skills

Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Certification (QLD)

A problem-solver with a proactive attitude and commitment to customer service
