An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, creative, fully qualified Venue Manager who is passionate, dynamic and talented, to work in a modern café & bar in Miami, Gold Coast.

The Henchman Miami is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage day to day operations of the establishment. This includes, but not limited to, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory maintenance and all aspects of WHS requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge in the food and beverage industry. Your day to day will encompass people management, exceptional customer experience and business responsibilities within the venue.

This is a fast- paced and demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and think on your feet.

The Henchman Miami is undergoing a change in Management, rebranding and setting the bar high for future sucess.
