What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping lead the day-to-day service alongside a supportive team

Learning how to manage rosters, stock, orders, and suppliers

Supporting staff with training and mentoring

Handling customer feedback and ensuring a great guest experience

Working with the Venue Manager and CEO to grow the business

Leading by example in service, cleanliness, and team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a supervisor, team leader, or assistant manager

Comfortable running shifts and leading a small team

Passion for hospitality and genuine care for staff and customers

Keen to grow into a full venue manager role with time and support

Great communicator with a positive attitude
