Are you a dynamic hospitality leader passionate about exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence? Club Burleigh, located in the vibrant heart of the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to drive our team and venue to new heights.

Your Role

As Venue Manager, you will:

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, adopting a hands-on, leadership-focused approach.

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards across all areas of the club.

· Uphold our club’s reputation for safety, professionalism, and unforgettable hospitality experiences.

· Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and OLGR (Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation) policies and regulations.

Requirements

· Approved Manager License

· RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification

· RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

· RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification

· Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a similar role

· Excellent leadership and communication skills
