We are looking for a Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This position is based across our Southside practices, and will require travel.

The Role Includes:

· Welcoming and greeting patients on arrival

· Answer incoming calls

· Managing appointment scheduling and reminders

· Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions

· Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

· Handling all practice administration, including email correspondence

· Work alongside our orthodontist at their initial consultation

· Present payment plans and payment options

· Opportunity to learn and grow across both Reception and Treatment Coordination roles

· Travel required between southside locations – primarily based at UMG, with occasional travel to our southside branches

· Strong attention to detail

· Flexible, reliable, and punctual

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· A cheerful, friendly, and professional manner

· Energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working

· Excellent organisational and time management abilities

· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change

· Own reliable transport and a current driver’s license

· Flexibility to travel between branches as needed
