Patient Coordinator: Supporting Our Patient Experience

The Role
This position is integral to maintaining The Sharp Clinics' reputation for premium patient care and clinical excellence. You will lead a concierge-style team, ensuring patients receive exceptional support before, during and after their surgical journey. The successful candidate will:

- Oversee daily patient flow, ensuring efficiency and an elevated patient experience.
- Coordinate consultations, surgery scheduling and theatre lists.
- Prepare quotes and manage correspondence with patients via phone, email and in person.
- Track patient journeys, evaluate outcomes and implement patient engagement strategies.
- Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts, including social media and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Policy, procedure, CRM and database coordination, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping.
- Foster relationships with patients, administrative and clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold clinical governance standards.
- Coordinate a team of patient support professionals.

About You
As an experienced, driven professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments, you are also innately interested in the subspecialty of plastic and cosmetic surgery. You reflect excellent customer service, time management and organisational skills - and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you will be an adept multi-talker and ‘people person’ that possesses:

- Experience: a minimum of two years' experience in medical administration, healthcare leadership or customer relations. Long-term tenures in previous roles is valued.
- Communication: strong communication and literacy skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Relationships: possessing the language, tone, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to nurture and develop trust, connection and guide patients through their surgical experience, as well as the team you manage.

- Coordination: experience navigating complex schedules and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Competence: confidence with IT, software, CRM systems and adapting or innovating new processes.
- Resilience: ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Connected: experience with marketing strategies, social media and patient outreach programs.

- Inspirational: impeccable personal presentation and professional etiquette.
