Introduction

Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to lead a dynamic medical practice? Health Hub Springfield seeks a skilled Medical Reception to oversee our rapidly expanding team. As we grow to encompass a GP clinic, radiology, fracture clinic, and infusion clinic, we need a dedicated leader to ensure operational excellence and outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments

Manage and optimize billing processes, including Medicare and private billing

Lead the accreditation process and maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare standards

Recruit, train, and manage administrative and clinical support staff

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient care

Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting and financial reporting

Coordinate with doctors and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care

Oversee IT systems and implement new technologies to improve practice operations

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and healthcare partners

Ensure the practice meets all legal and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare management in a general practice setting

Strong understanding of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance regulations

Proven track record in staff management and team leadership

Experience with practice management software and healthcare IT systems

Excellent financial management and budgeting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
