The Opportunity
The Coastal Clinic Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and highly organised Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a front-line role that goes far beyond traditional reception duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the patient experience, coordinating complex surgeon diaries, responding to new enquiries, and supporting both surgical and non-surgical services across two clinic locations.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident, professional, and has a strong background in sales or consultative service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and in line with our clinic standards

Manage incoming enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms with confidence and discretion

Coordinate and maintain the appointment diaries of two Specialist Plastic Surgeons

Support the patient coordination team with quoting, surgical bookings, and pre-operative preparation

Book and confirm consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using clinical software (e.g., Genie, Zenoti)

Triage calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members

Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of clinic operations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in medical reception, patient coordination, or a high-end client services role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage patients and guide them through their journey

Demonstrated sales or customer service experience, ideally within a healthcare or aesthetic setting

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive and team-oriented approach to work

Impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

Confidence using practice management systems and navigating multiple software platforms
