As their national footprint expands, a brand-new role has been created for a detail-focused Operations & Procurement Specialist to join their team during this exciting phase of growth.

The Role
This is a critical backend position, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, process, and precision. You'll support national operations by managing procurement, ERP systems, and logistics. Acting as a key link between design and production, your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure every project runs smoothly — from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement processes including quoting, supplier coordination, and purchasing (including parts)

Manage ERP systems (Katana, XERO), including inventory, Bills of Materials, and part loading

Collaborate with the design and production teams to streamline operations

Coordinate shipping and logistics for timely and accurate delivery

Generate and manage basic parts quotations

Provide high-level administrative support across backend operations nationally

What You Bring:
-A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
-Comfortable with hands-on, labour-intensive administrative work
-Proficient in ERP systems like Katana and XERO
-Experience in procurement and understanding of BOMs and mechanical parts
-Ability to communicate effectively across technical and operations teams
-Eager to take ownership of a new role and help shape its direction
