About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our growing team in Kerang. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist with production scheduling, procurement, inventory control, and outbound logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and on-time delivery for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling production work based on project timelines

Procure special-order items and manage general stock levels

Forecast and manage material availability

Prepare job sheets, work orders, and production documentation

Coordinate outbound freight and delivery schedules

Communicate with suppliers and track order status

Monitor and record inventory movements

Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams

About You

Prior experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or production support

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a bonus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Highly Regarded

Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations

Understanding of door production materials or processes

Experience with freight coordination and warehouse logistics
