About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Procurement Manager will lead a team of purchasing professionals and take ownership of the procurement function across multiple complex, project-driven operations. The role will focus on improving procurement strategy, implementing standardised processes, and optimising procurement systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a high-performing procurement team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and operational goals.
• Develop and implement procurement procedures, policies, and SOPs that support consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and operations staff.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure the delivery of quality goods and services.
• Optimise procurement workflows and reporting capabilities using Oracle NetSuite.
• Stay across supply chain trends and risks, ensuring procurement activities remain cost-effective and future-ready.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer role within a project-based or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a procurement team.
• Strong background in building procurement frameworks and continuous process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Commercially savvy, with strong stakeholder engagement and supplier negotiation skills.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering results.
