About the role:
Leaselab is on the hunt for a Vehicle Procurement Specialist to join our Sales team and play a key role in helping customers get better vehicle outcomes, faster. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, rewarding role where your organisation, initiative, and commercial mindset will directly impact how we serve our clients and support our Sales team.

About you:

You’re highly organised, proactive, and have a natural talent for building strong relationships — especially when it comes to getting a great deal. Maybe you’ve worked in car dealerships, fleet, retail, or another fast-paced customer or supplier-facing role, and you’re ready to step into a role with real career growth in the professional services space. You’re commercially minded, love a social team, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Some skills and experience:

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: you know how to connect with dealers and internal teams to get results

Strong verbal and written communication, especially when chasing quotes, offers, or finalising deals

Sharp attention to detail, especially when handling quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing

A cool head under pressure: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple vehicle requests with ease

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you take initiative, stay ahead of issues, and don’t wait to be told what to do

Strong organisational skills: you're the type of person who knows exactly where every deal, PO, and invoice is sitting

A sales mindset: commercially driven and always looking to add value for the customer and the business
