About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support our Sydney/Melbourne operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong supplier networks while ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Business Development team to execute procurement tasks aligned with operational requirements.

Source and pre-qualify suppliers, analyze competitive pricing, and conduct market research to support procurement strategy.

Manage supplier performance evaluations, develop supplier resource pools, and maintain long-term vendor relationships.

Oversee the full service lifecycle—from contract execution to delivery monitoring—ensuring timely and quality-compliant outcomes.

Support the Procurement Manager on urgent or ad hoc procurement initiatives and special projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher; exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).

1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement.

Familiarity with procurement workflows and knowledge of the express delivery or logistics sector is a plus.

Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong execution skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi is highly preferred due to frequent engagement with South Asian suppliers and stakeholders.
