We work with some of Victoria’s leading volume home builders, completing installations in over 2,200 homes annually. Our focus is on craftsmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

We operate a turnkey model from procurement through to installation and quality assurance. As part of our strategic growth, we are developing international sourcing capabilities and are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead these efforts.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply chain functions across local and international operations. The role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-aligned acquisition of construction materials to support our growing project base.

Key Responsibilities

Procure plasterboard and Hebel materials from local suppliers

Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely material deliveries to construction sites

Coordinate logistics to meet project schedules

Monitor inventory levels and align procurement with on-site needs

Implement systems to track supplier performance and procurement KPIs

Initiate international sourcing strategies and manage import logistics

Participate in overseas trade fairs and vendor engagement

Draft and negotiate procurement contracts

Maintain compliance with internal systems and external regulatory requirements

Report procurement performance to senior management

Support the company’s import and export development plans

Requirements

Minimum three years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in the construction or building materials industry

Experience in local procurement logistics, supplier negotiations, and material scheduling

Familiarity with international trade operations and compliance requirements

Experience with Asian markets and participation in trade fairs (e.g. Canton Fair) is desirable

Mandarin language skills preferred but not mandatory, particularly for managing international relationships.

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proven track record in supporting business growth and improving supply chain efficiency
