The Role:
- Office Management duties for both the Real Estate agency and Marketing company
- Preparing forms such as form 6's and contracts for sale
- Setting up meetings/calendar management
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Ensuring front of house is neat and tidy
- Ordering stationery and office supplies and overseeing IT equipment
- General administrative support to the team

The Candidate:
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Ideally 12+ months experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
