National Ability Service, a leading NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the office staff, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with the General Manager to build and enhance our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of office staff, including admin personnel, client service coordinators, and marketing assistants.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Human Resources:

Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure service delivery excellence.

Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.

4. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Building Client Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

Address client concerns promptly and effectively.

6. Collaborative Work with the General Manager :

Work closely with the General Manager to implement the support model and business strategy.

Provide regular updates on operational performance and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the NDIS or healthcare sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of NDIS regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships.

Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
