Join a reputable commercial builder and developer with a diverse portfolio of self-managed assets across Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Property Manager to grow their career in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Duties:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including tenant liaison and maintenance coordination
• Support lease administration tasks including lease preparation, renewals and documentation management
• Coordinate and follow up on repairs, maintenance and contractor work to ensure quality and timely completion
• Assist in preparing budgets, outgoings, and monthly reporting
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all compliance requirements are met

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Previous experience in commercial property management or administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• High attention to detail with solid organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
