Leading Integrated Services company is seeking an account payable/receivable clerk who is capable of working as part of a team. This is a role reporting to the Group Accounts Manager and will include processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other related financial clerical duties.

The position will suit a trustworthy, motivated, organised person with basic experience in accounts processing who is capable of learning and following procedures, can communicate with the Group General Manager and Group Accounts Manager and has the ability to work independently once trained. accounts payable

Responsibilities & Duties.

5 days per week 38 hours

Minimum 2 years of clerical & accounts experience in Australia.

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, such as invoice processing, reconciliations and reporting

Setting up new customers accounts and employee on boarding

Verifies accounts, transactions, scheduling & obtaining authorization for payments

Monitor and Manage Debtors aging to minimise overdue invoices

Communicate with customers

Experience: What we are looking for

MYOB /XERO Proficiency 2 years min

Microsoft Office Suite 365 would be advantage

Time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines

Internet & E-mail

Access Database

Process high attention to detail and have pride in your work

Must reside in and hold full Australian work rights

Good English written and spoken communication & organisation skills

An individual that is punctual & reliable
