· Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3 days per week)

· On site at Newington (near Silverwater)

About You

· Available to start immediately

· Strong background in data entry and accounts payable

· Seeking a part time role (3 days per week)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with MYOB, Xero, Lightyear and MS Office

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Your role

As an integral part of our team, you will need:

· Perform general administrative duties including checking daily takings from hotels

· Manage data entry of income figures and filing tasks

· Support the accounts payable function by assisting with expense and statement verification

· Answering the phone inquiries professionally

· Contribute positively to the team environment and enjoy your work
