ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside a friendly and experienced finance team, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable functions including invoice processing, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end duties. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, ensuring that payments are made accurately and on time, and that any issues are resolved quickly.

DUTIES

• Full-function accounts payable, including coding, batching and processing of invoices
• Handle high volumes of invoices and ensure all supplier queries are followed up promptly
• Reconcile supplier statements and support month-end processes
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors
• Assist with process improvement and documentation of procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role within a fast-paced business
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Confident communication and ability to liaise across teams and with suppliers
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, or similar)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment

This role is open to working holiday visa holders with relevant experience.
