About the Role

Location: Taren Point, NSW (100% onsite)

Days / Hours: Full Time - 38 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am-5pm

Employment Status: Casual - On-Hired

Duration: Ongoing as required (Potential for future permanent role)

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role

Sound working knowledge of MYOB AccountRight (preferred)

Confident in debt collection and managing overdue accounts

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Comfortable workingin a compact, industrial office environment

Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is ideal

Friendly, open-minded and easy-going personality

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a male-dominated team culture

Assignment Description:

Reporting to the Accountant, this role will manage the full accounts receivable function and support order processing and invoice generation.

Manage full function Accounts Receivable duties

Process and generate customer invoices and statements

Convert customer orders to invoices

Daily banking and receipting

Follow up outstanding payments and conduct debt collection calls

Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records

Liaise with internal teams regarding order and payment queries

Ensure timely and professional communication with clients
