The opportunity

The role is well suited to a recent university graduate/book keeper. You will be given ongoing training and coaching from the Team Leader until you find your feet and feel comfortable and confident to take the reins and be self-sufficient.

This is a cohesive and professional team that is motivated to achieve the set task and goals of the day.

Your main duties as the Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:

Allocating of payments & releasing orders

Daily Bank Reconciliation

Chasing overdue accounts

Handling customer account enquiries across a number of companies

Dealing with debt collection, Insurances, Credit Applications, etc

To be successful in this role,

You will need to be comfortable to work at a steady pace and be able to adapt and dial up the pace when required.

Work in close partnership with our Accounts Leader and Team.

Have a positive pre-disposition with a can do, will do attitude.

Requirements of the role

Good understanding of accounting principles and processes

Excellent time management and organisational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of Harmoniq and Micronet systems.

This position is for a Permanent Part Time position, 30 hours per week over 5 days.
