With an established name in the Sydney market, we are a busy modern restaurant that is looking to add a new passionate leader to our team in a Head Chef position.
You will be across all sections of the kitchen and have a strong skill set in both service and back of house, be a creative and passionate leader that inspires good culture in the workplace and implements structure with confidence.
Requirements
- Be a strong communicator
- Management and leadership skills must be solid
- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs
- Financial understanding and acumen, experience with costings and working to budget
- Come from a creative A la Carte environment with menu creation experience
- A passion for cooking and a love for quality produce
- Experience in a busy a la carte environment
