OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE

The GIS Specialist Perform spatial analysis using GIS tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from geospatial data to deliver to the business. His experience includes services in Digitization and Quality Control process, procedures, and tools. In addition, we’re after someone with good technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be a team player

This person Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand their needs and provide geospatial solutions. Effectively communicate complex geospatial concepts and updated with the latest GIS technologies, tools, and methodologies. Explore and implement new techniques or workflows to improve GIS capabilities and enhance productivity

In this role, you will be:

· Interaction with the customer for resolving technical queries.

· Participation in management meetings.

· Implementing and standardizing Design processes standards.

· Drafting the mark-up's data in CAD drawing with the reference of mark-ups pdf’s related to electrical and civil drawings.

· Analyzing and understanding the mark-ups PDFs to identify required modifications in electrical and civil drawings and updating Cad drawings based on the amendments.

· Transferring and updating the drafted data into model space to paper space, by ensuring the alignments in terms of project requirements.

· Ensure all the updates adhere to the specified scales, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the drawings for both digital and print formats.

· I am working closely with project engineers and architects to get clarified ambiguities, which are mark-up's, and alignments.

· Conducting reviews thoroughly of drafted mark-ups data to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards before finalizing.

· Maintaining detailed records of changes made in the drawings for future reference and compliance purposes.

· Performing final checks to ensure all data is correctly represented and that the drawings are ready for distribution or printing.

Key Accountability

Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines

Design & Deliver the designs both internally/externally by referring Design Plans & Field Note Plans.

Preparation, Verification & Validation of network designs

Provide technical support to team

Ensure volume targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly

Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines.

Ensure designs are delivered on-time with high productivity rate

Ensure to deliver cost effective design solutions

Quality Control/Assurance

Ensure designs meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines

Ensure improved performance & quality service delivery on weekly/monthly basis

Drive best practice in line with company Framework and BESt Practices

Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;

Work effectively as part of the team, with both internal and external key stakeholders

Key Relationships

Support GIS users within the organization, providing training, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.

Feedback analysis and feedback implementation.

Suggesting automation tools for better productivity and quality.

Interact with Customer and clients to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives related to GIS projects.

Collaborate with project managers to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Behaviours, Skills and Experience

Bachelor of Engineering Graduation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Deliver excellent cost-effective designs

Proficient in Small world, AutoCAD& SAP

Proficient in MS suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Capability of working autonomously and in teams collaboratively

Strong attention to detail customer expectations'
