We’re looking for a Triage Team Lead – Telehealth Injury Consultant to help drive our 24/7 Injury Support Service and lead a growing team of compassionate, high-performing consultants.

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne (3 days in office, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)—perfect for someone ready to step into leadership while staying hands-on in clinical care.

About the Role:

This is a unique dual-role opportunity—you’ll be the first point of contact for injured workers and clients, offering clinical triage and advice while helping us build and shape a growing Telehealth team.

As the team expands, your role will evolve to take on more leadership responsibilities, including team coaching, performance development, and service excellence.

Your Day-to-Day Could Include:

• Taking injury triage calls and offering early clinical guidance
• Coaching and mentoring a team of Telehealth consultants
• Managing workflow, call volumes, and service delivery standards
• Supporting the performance and wellbeing of your team
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• Allied Health qualification (e.g. Physio, EP, OT) with clinical/Triage experience
• Strong communication and triage skills—confident in phone-based consultations
• Natural leadership qualities—approachable, organised, and outcome-focused
• Passion for helping people and improving systems
• Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to support a team working across extended hours (without overnight on-call)
