We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded, technically astute leader to shape and scale our Service & Support business unit. This is a hands-on role leading a small team, where operational excellence meets strategic growth, and your ability to build client trust is just as important as delivering engineering precision.

What you’ll be doing...
As our Service & Support Team Leader, you'll be the linchpin between our technical teams and our clients. Your role will involve:
Leading the Service & Support Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation for support work.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with a proactive, service-oriented mindset that puts the customer experience at the centre.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance to engineering and fabrication teams, ensuring high technical standards are upheld.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets, job costing, and financial forecasting for service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, workshop, and finance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Location and Hours
This is a full-time role located at our Port Melbourne office.
CTC services a global client base and occasional international travel is expected for the role.
