About the role
We’re looking for a driven and emotionally intelligent Sales Team Leader to guide an experienced customer sales team through an exciting evolution — from product experts to proactive, high-converting sales professionals.
You’ll lead a team of consultants focused on both inbound and outbound sales. Your mission: coach, implement structure and process, and help your team unlock their full sales potential.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in rolling out new sales technology, including a new CRM and phone system, helping your team navigate change and perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 sales consultants, plus collaborate with guest relations, concierge, and training teams
Drive performance across inbound and outbound sales (Australia and Asia markets)
Implement structured outbound campaigns (e.g. 8–9 touch point models)
Create and manage pipeline and lead tracking processes
Introduce and monitor sales metrics and KPIs
Support rollout of new CRM and phone systems over the next 1–2 years
how will I know if I'm their people?
if you can demonstrate your recent experience leading travel sales teams in inbound/outbound environments (contact centre experience highly valued)
Strong pipeline and lead management capability
Confident in coaching on sales techniques, closing strategies, and outbound call frameworks
High emotional intelligence – able to mentor, support, and motivate
Experienced with system transitions and change management
Travel industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
