The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for an exceptional, driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience in Shires, Client or Maintenance Liaison, and is looking to advance their career progression in the Residential Building industry.

  • Communicating with clients to deliver pre-construction progress reports
  • Issue contracts and building permits
  • Managing all matters related to approvals (shire/developers/water authority etc)
  • General admin tasks, including documenting settlements and finance approvals

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1+ years of relevant residential industry experience
  • Candidates from a local government background considered
  • Experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts, Client liaison and or Prestart
